Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Since my services are largely time and planning, I do my best to provide a refund policy that takes this into account. I emphasize the importance of open communication between myself and the client regarding cancellations and refund requests, to ensure a smooth and transparent process for both parties.
 Non Refundable Deposit-A nonrefundable deposit of $150-$500 is required upon booking to secure my service. This deposit will be retained in the event of cancellations to compensate for initial planning and administrative costs.
Cancellations- Cancellations made between 3 weeks ( smaller events ex.parties) and 3 months (Larger events ex.weddings) before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of 60% of the total service fee.
If CBW is unable to attend an event or complete a contract due to illness,tragedy, "Acts of God"or "Force Majeure". CBW will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide a replacement with capabilities and experiences to finish the tasks.
